Apply the patches under clean eye area. The gel side must adhere well to the skin. Leave on for 20 minutes. Skyn ICELAND LLC I used 2 pads so far and I like it. The pads stay cool even after 15 minutes on my face. And that was without keeping it in a fridge. I actually forgot to do that until now- the next 3 pads will be even colder and I'm pretty excited to use them. It does have a slightly weird scent, but I'm guessing it comes from the organic ingredients. Be careful when you take it out of the package, it can easily rip.
