What is the return policy?

KFI Beauty Supplies will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt of your order. *
* Following rules do apply: |

- All product returns or exchanges must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the item is broken, defective or due to our shipping error.
- Nail polish and waxing products may not be returned or exchanged for any reason due to health and safety codes.

For exchanges, please send the item to the address listed below. We will ship the replacement once we have received your shipment and processed your order.
Please do not send us items that do not meet the conditions listed above, as we do not issue refunds for nonqualifying items and cannot return the items to you.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is the result of our error.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. |
